Run Gait Video Analysis Guide

On Treadmill - Side View Running
This analysis will study your entire running posture. It will provide you with the keys insights to understand your strengths and weaknesses, as well as metrics and data.
1. Place the camara on a tripod or in someone's hand.
2. Distance from runner 2 - 2.5 meters
3. Run at your usual pace. Avoid loose clothing.
4. Capture the best part of your running form. (No longer than 8 seconds.)
5. Upload video during payment.
6. TREADMILL MUST BE FLAT, NOT CONCAVED.
7. THE CAMARA MUST NOT MOVE
8. YOU MUST BE VISIBLE FROM HEAD TO TOE.
On Treadmill - Back View Running
This analysis will allow you to see how much your foot is in pronation/supination, as well as potential imbalances that could lead to injuries.
1. Run at your normal running pace, wearing your usual running shoes.
2. Avoid loose clothing, including loose t-shirts, shorts, large clothing.
3. Film In Portrait format. 2 - 2.5 meters from runner
4. Capture the best part of your running form. (No longer than 8 seconds.)
5. Upload video during payment.
6. TREADMILL MUST BE FLAT, NOT CONCAVED.
7. THE CAMARA MUST NOT MOVE.
8. YOU MUST BE VISIBLE FROM HEAD TO TOE.
